Eligibility for Refunds

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Products must be in original, unused condition with all packaging intact
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
  • The following items are not eligible for return:
    • Custom or personalized products
    • Opened paint tubes or markers
    • Used brushes or sculpting tools

Return Process

  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. You will receive return instructions and a Return Authorization Number
  4. Package the item securely and include all original packaging
  5. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Credit card refunds may take 7-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • You will receive email confirmation when your refund is processed

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging
  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund
  • Return shipping costs will be covered by ScrivereSpace
