At ScrivereSpace, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you're not entirely happy with your order, we offer a straightforward refund process for eligible items.
Eligibility for Refunds
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Products must be in original, unused condition with all packaging intact
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
- The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom or personalized products
- Opened paint tubes or markers
- Used brushes or sculpting tools
Return Process

- Include your order number and reason for return
- You will receive return instructions and a Return Authorization Number
- Package the item securely and include all original packaging
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Credit card refunds may take 7-10 business days to appear on your statement
- You will receive email confirmation when your refund is processed
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging
- We will arrange for a replacement or full refund
